During a Feb. 11 visit, Cana Noodles, LLC in Youngsville received two citations from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), according to data posted on the FDA’s website.
Inspectors assessed the following categories during the review:
- Food Composition, Standards, Labeling and Econ
- Foodborne Biological Hazards
As reported on the FDA website, officials issued the following citations to the company:
- ‘You did not to protect against contamination of food.’
- ‘You did not clean and sanitize your utensils or equipment as frequently as necessary to protect against contamination of food.’
