On Sunday, Feb. 9, three former Heritage High School standouts, including Gage Granata, Lucas Granata and Luke Morton’s current college team, the Brevard Tornados, lost 10-5 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Averett Cougars.

The game took place at Owen-Fulton Field. This was their third matchup against the Cougars this season.

The Tornados’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 20 at 2 p.m. at Edgar H. McBane Field against Guilford Quakers.
