On Saturday, March 1, former Heritage High School standout Chris Katz’s current college team, the Wake Forest Deacons, lost 9-8 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Maryland Terrapins.
The game took place at David F. Couch Ballpark. This was their first matchup against the Terrapins this season.
The Deacons’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 10 a.m. at David F. Couch Ballpark against Princeton Tigers.
