On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Heritage High School standout Chris Katz’s current college team, the Wake Forest Deacons, won 24-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Marist Red Foxes.
The game took place at David F. Couch Ballpark. This was their second matchup against the Red Foxes this season.
The Deacons’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 5 p.m. at UNCG Baseball Stadium against UNC Greensboro Spartans.
