On Tuesday, April 1, former East Wake Academy standout Aidan Haugh’s current college team, the North Carolina Tar Heels, won 11-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Gardner–Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs.
The game took place at Cary C. Boshamer Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Runnin’ Bulldogs this season.
The Tar Heels’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, April 3 at 6 p.m. at Cary C. Boshamer Stadium against Duke Blue Devils.
