On Tuesday, March 11, former Heritage High School standout Chris Katz’s current college team, the Wake Forest Deacons, won 16-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers.
The game took place at Springs Brooks Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Chanticleers this season.
The Deacons’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 8 p.m. at David F. Couch Ballpark against Miami Hurricanes.
