On Saturday, March 22, former Heritage High School standout Trina Van Dyke’s current college team, the Gardner-Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs, lost 4-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Winthrop Eagles.

The game took place at Brinkley Softball Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Runnin’ Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 8 at 5 p.m. at Brinkley Softball Stadium against East Tennessee State Buccaneers.
