TOWN OF MORRISVILLE: October 27 Virtual Town Council Meeting Public Hearing Information

Town of Morrisville recently issued the following announcement.

October 27 Virtual Town Council Meeting Public Hearing Information

The October 27 Morrisville Town Council meeting will be conducted in a completely virtual manner, via the Town’s Facebook page.

The meeting will include three public hearings:

  1. Proposed Amendment of the Land Use Plan and Zoning Map for 1101 Shiloh Glenn Drive (CPA-397-2020 and REZ-000214-2020)
  2. Proposed Amendment of the Land Use Plan and Zoning Map for 1001 Airport Boulevard (CPA-406-2020 and REZ-336-2020)
  3. Proposed Amendment of the Zoning Map for 151 Keybridge Drive (REZ 0002392020)
Interested parties may submit comments for the public hearings in writing between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on October 27 to publichearings@townofmorrisville.org. All comments must include your physical, residential, or business address and indicate whether you are a Morrisville resident.

These comments will be provided to Town Council via email and read verbatim during the public hearing portion of the meeting. The maximum time for each public hearing comment is three minutes.

Comments that are received outside the specified time frame- OR - that do not contain required information, will be provided to Town Council via email and summarized during the Town Council meeting. These comments will not be read verbatim during the Town Council meeting. 

Town Council accepts comments from residents and non-residents. Comments are accepted for 24 hours following the opening of the public hearing.
