Town of Morrisville issued the following announcement on Aug. 28. 

The Town of Morrisville has contracted with Fred Smith Company Inc. to perform street asphalt paving and sealing repairs to the following areas starting Monday, August 30 through Friday, September 3.

Important Information on Driving on Repaired Streets

The contractor will be employing new technology for the Town known as Slurry Seal to complete the asphalt sealing repairs. Obey road signage and watch for the direction of traffic control personnel to ensure everyone's safety. Providence Place and Shiloh Grove Neighborhoods - (asphalt paving)

• Grace Point Road
• Everette Fields Road
• Mason Farm Road

The paving repairs and sealing will improve the appearance and integrity of the community roadways and parking lots. Anticipate some delays during the workday. The contractor will make every effort to keep any delay minimal in duration.
