Town of Knightdale issued the following announcement on Sep 10.
Today at 9am, the Knightdale Fire Department will be at Knightdale Station Park, conducting a small and solemn ceremony, in honor of all of those who we lost on, and due to, the attacks on September 11th 2001. The public is welcome to join.
Throughout the day, we will post reminders of the events of that day. Please join us, wherever you are, in a moment of silence and reflection.
