Knightdale Police Department issued the following announcement on Oct. 9.
The pair was recently awarded an Advanced Law Enforcement Certificate<https://ncdoj.gov/.../professional-certificate-program/> from the NC Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards Commission. To be eligible, officers must meet stringent service, training, and educational requirements. Zoe and Donnell now join the ranks of 15 other Knightdale officers who hold advanced certifications. The people of Knightdale might also be proud to know that 60% of Knightdale’s police officers possess either an Intermediate or Advanced Certificate. Please join us in congratulating Zoe and Donnell on their achievement, and for their ongoing commitment to professional development and public service.
