TOWN OF APEX: Apex Electric Utilities Department Launches Customer Survey

Town of Apex issued the following announcement on Mar. 2.

Electric Utilities department will be conducting residential and customer surveys beginning February 28, 2022. Surveys will be conducted online and by phone as part of a long-term planning study. The survey helps record feedback from residents and business owners regarding the electric service provided by the Town of Apex, as well as communication preferences and perceptions of new strategic initiatives. 

The survey will be conducted by GreatBlue Research, Inc., a professional market research firm located in Glastonbury, Connecticut. Beginning February 28th, customers will have the opportunity to complete the survey digitally, and from the beginning of April to mid-May, GreatBlue Research will call to customers to collect their feedback.

The online survey is available at www.apexnc.org/electricsurvey.

The telephone portion of surveys will be a random sample of customers and is conducted by GreatBlue. Customers may see “GreatBlue” listed on their caller ID, or could see (860) 740-4000. Variations of the phone number could also include “4004”, “4008”, etc.  

As required by the Code of Ethics of the National Council on Public Polls and the United States Privacy Act of 1974, GreatBlue Research, Inc. maintains the anonymity of respondents to surveys the firm conducts. No information will be released that might, in any way, reveal the identity of the respondent to the Town of Apex Electric Utilities department.  If you have any questions about the survey, please contact GreatBlue Research, Inc. at 860-740-4000, or Town of Apex Customer Service at (919) 362-8676, select option 2 to speak with a representative.
