Town of Cary issued the following announcement on Mar. 11.
Due to forecasted heavy rain and high winds on Saturday, Cary’s Arbor Day Celebration has been moved to its rain date of Sunday, March 13 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event will still be held at Bond Park Boathouse, and all of the originally announced programming will proceed as scheduled. My Tree, Our Tree pickup will also move to Sunday for Cary citizens who registered to participate.
