Town of Apex Parks and Recreation Department issued the following announcement on Oct. 24.
The Scarecrow Row Haunted Trail is now open!
This is a family-friendly trail located by the shelters at Apex Community Park.
Local families decorated all the scarecrows you will see, and we want you to vote for your favorite using the QR code at the end of the trail.
