Town of Morrisville issued the following announcement on Dec. 5.
Registration is now open for the Community Police Academy hosted by the Morrisville Police Department.
The academy is an eight-week program designed to give participants a working knowledge of the department and intended to increase transparency and enhance understanding between the community and the police.
