Town of Holly Springs issued the following announcement on Feb. 15.
Exciting update for the Middle Creek Greenway!
Active construction is officially underway on this nearly 3-mile, off-street greenway, which follows the path of Middle Creek and connects the neighborhoods of Arbor Creek, Bridgewater, Woodcreek and Sunset Ridge North between Sunset Lake and Holly Springs roads.
Eventually, this greenway will also provide a regional connection to the Town of Apex's future greenway to the north.
Remember to stay away from construction activity, which will be marked by signage and flags.
