The Rolesville Board of Commissioners approved three proclamations during their meeting on April 1, 2025. The first proclamation designates April as Autism Awareness Month. This initiative aims to increase public awareness to promote acceptance, celebrate differences, and prioritize the inclusion of autistic individuals and their families.
The second proclamation declares May 1, 2025, as a National Day of Prayer. The day is intended for seeking God's continued blessings on the town and country.
Lastly, the board recognized April 5, 2025, as Arbor Day in Rolesville. Residents are encouraged to support efforts to protect trees and woodlands and to plant trees for the benefit of future generations.
