North Carolina Courage hosts silent auction for hurricane relief

The North Carolina Courage is organizing a silent auction to support the United Way's hurricane relief efforts in western North Carolina. The event will take place during the team's home match on Saturday, November 2.

The auction features signed memorabilia from international sports figures such as Naomi Osaka and Steph Curry. All proceeds will be directed to the United Way’s emergency relief fund for those affected by Hurricane Helene.

The online auction is accessible to the public, offering both shipping and pick-up options. Bidding starts when gates open at 6 p.m. ET on Saturday and continues until Monday, November 4, at 9 a.m. ET. Items will be displayed inside the northwest gate concourse on match day, but attendance is not necessary for participation.

Items available for bidding include:

- A jersey signed by Steph Curry

- A tennis racket signed by Naomi Osaka

- A dress signed by Naomi Osaka

- A tennis racket signed by Ons Jabeur

- An NC Courage Fan Pack with four 2025 season tickets, a team-signed ball, and a $500 merchandise voucher

- A soccer ball signed by Anson Dorrance

- Memorabilia signed by the Charlotte Hornets' 2024-25 team

- Memorabilia signed by the Carolina Panthers

- A luxury suite for Charlotte FC's 2025 season with a $500 concessions voucher

Additional items may be added before the auction begins. Updates will be shared through the Courage’s social media channels. Limited tickets are still available for Saturday’s match.
